Safe Bright showed up in a hurry and was able to get the water out, dry the structure and got my home back to where it needed to be, while keeping me well informed along the way. This company was a dream to work with. They came out within three hours of us calling them, walked through the house to inspect the carpet with a UV light, explained everything that was recommended for us upfront and shared tips on how to maintain our carpets. They went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied and Jerry the owner was easy to negotiate with and very knowledgeable with an extensive background in this business. We recently moved into a new home and were sad to discover that the previous owner had smoked indoors. Safe Bright Organics came out and cleaned our vents, our air returns, our exhaust fans and the inside of our unit, as well as the plenum in the attic. They were thorough in their inspection and fair in their pricing. For the first time since we moved in, our house smells clean and fresh, and we are literally breathing easier! Jerry, Scott, and Dylan have been amazing…taking care of our house as if it were their own. They are hard workers, honest, and kind. Safe Bright Organics I believe was a divine appointment ! They were professional, polite, and very informative and detailed about what they offer, and what the process is. Most importantly they are a Christian company. They also do carpet repair ! I was very happy about this, considering I had two small areas needing repair. They will work with you as much as possible. They take pride in what they do and truly care about customer satisfaction! They also get me to check the work to make sure I’m completely satisfied. I felt very comfortable around the men working and the owner. They showed me the dirty water and the filter of the nastiness that came out of my carpet! And they clean all of the equipment after each use at each customers home. I highly recommend this company .
